Track Your Shipment

Tracking information typically appears within 2-4 hours after your shipment has been processed at our facility. For international shipments, it may take up to 24 hours for the initial tracking update.

If your tracking number isn't working, please verify you've entered it correctly. Tracking numbers are case-sensitive. If you still have issues, your package may not have been scanned into our system yet. Wait a few hours and try again, or contact our customer service for assistance.

First, check around your property including porches, garages, and with neighbors. Delivery scans are typically accurate within a few hours. If you still can't locate your package, contact us immediately and we'll initiate a trace with the carrier.

Domestic shipments are typically updated at each major scan point (usually 3-5 times during transit). International shipments may have fewer updates until they reach the destination country. During peak seasons, updates may be slightly delayed.
